For all the kid’s book cover entries, the cover rose to the top for us. The illustrations are so refreshing, the cute facial expressions on Arlo and the cat are so playful. The complimenting type treatment with the illustration is what separated this cover from the rest of the children’s book entries and made it a winner. – MK
