Designer Comments

The custom typography for Wonderfully Made is intended to communicate both the organic and ordered nature of the human body. I decided to feature Leonardo da Vinci’s famous anatomical drawings, which are often considered among the most significant achievements of Renaissance science. His drawings represented parts of the body in semi-transparent layers, revealing the hidden. This was an ideal pair for the subject matter of John W. Kleinig’s title discussing the theology of the human body. Thank you for your consideration.
