This book and its cover design was intended for active Christians who are book lovers. They know who Madeleine L’Engle is, have read several of her books and are intrigued by her life and spiritual direction. The overall scuff free matte finish (playing into sense of time and place) with the spot uv enhancing the “light” so lovely is a brilliant execution on such a beautiful intentional cropped image of Madeleine herself in a unique way. Subtle coloration adds a hint of extended light and added depth.
