Designer Comments

The artist for this cover hand cut and layered paper to great the deep water image. The image was photographed and placed on the file. The idea of the shades of blue growing darker was to create the illusion of depth, thus playing off the subtitle’s working of “mystery”. The whale tail was added to connect the cover to Jonah’s story.
