Designer Comments

This cover is meant to both emphasize and breakdown the conflict found in American Politics. Subtlety was a goal, having it broach the subject without screaming, and being involved in but not swayed by the system. The little details of the cross being a part of all perspectives, and the marks which could represent opinions are getting more confused and less important as the subtitle continues down the cover. All in all it makes for an engaging cover that isn’t hitting anyone over the head with it’s message.

Judge Comments

The simplicity of the graphics makes this so modern. A great way to show political divide. I love how it gets less and less as it goes down the cover. Very striking.
