Designer Comments

We worked with the illustrator to come up with a design centered around women of all ages from around the world coming together to share their stories. We specifially tried to avoid obvious visuals like a globe or national flags, focusing instead on lush colors and the diversity of feminine voices within the faith. It was important for the artwork to feel “global” without falling back on ethnic stereotypes, and Ms. Sanfelippo endeavored to each figure unique personalities and a sense of joy.
